Proven quality of boilers

Kepo boilers are equipped with a 3mm to 5mm thick boiler plate in P265GH quality. Boiler parts exposed to high temperatures are 5mm thick.

The heat exchangers are seamless boiler tubes of P265GH quality, and 40-50 mm thick vermiculite is used for insulation inside the boiler. Pressed stone wool with a thickness of 20 to 60 mm is used for the external insulation of the boiler. 3 mm thick stainless steel springs are installed for cleaning the heat exchanger.

WiFi module

The WiFi module is used for wireless communication between users and the boiler via an Android application and WiFi connection. All that is needed is to have a WiFi router at home and use one of your Android cell phones.

Connecting the module is very simple and it connects directly to the boiler electronics. For instructions on installing the user's WiFi router and connecting it to the wireless module, see the User Manual attached to the device.

After connecting the module to the boiler, "download" the "KEPO" application from the Google Play store. Entering this application, after installing it on the phone, enters the USER NAME and PASSWORD data contained in the WiFi module manual.

Should the electronics fail for any reason, the boiler is equipped with a safety valve which, at a pressure of more than 3 bar, will release the water from the boiler in order to reduce the excess pressure.

Boilers Kepo are also equipped with a pressure switch, whose task is to interrupt pellet dosing and prevent any possibility of smoke escaping into the room, it reports a fault and turns off the boiler in the event of clogging of the exhaust pipes and poor flow of exhaust gases through the chimney. The device is equipped with a mechanical flap, whose task is to reduce the pressure in the combustion chamber in the event of too dynamic ignition, and thus prevents problems in the further operation of the boiler.

Kepo offers two series of boilers, AC (with automatic burner cleaning) and MC (with manual burner cleaning) with maximum powers: 15, 20, 25 and 35 kW.

Kepo boilers are solid fuel devices, also during the combustion process they consume a lot of oxygen, so it is necessary to install a supply-exhaust (not mechanical) ventilation system in the room in which it is located. An opening of at least 100 cm² should be made in the lower part of the room in the boiler room. A vent in the upper zone of the room is required.

It is necessary to connect the boiler to an insulated chimney with a minimum height of 3 m and a minimum diameter of 130 mm.

After adjusting the boiler operation parameters with the chimney and air supply, the next thing that determines the correct operation of the stove is pellets. High-quality pellets are the cheapest pellets! By using high-quality pellets, you avoid:

  • expenses for numerous visits of service personnel
  • emergency shutdown of the boiler due to bad burning in the burner
  • large amounts of sediment and ashes in the chimney flues and much more frequent cleaning of the boiler than intended
  • increased (up to three times) pellet consumption

The pellet boiler works on the principle of controlled combustion, therefore the pellets must be of good quality for the boiler to run smoothly and economically.
