MTM 8 - 30 ECO WARM/2 in 1 - the device combines medium and high power furnaces thanks to a wide range of work.

A high-precision, low-speed gear fuel pump, specially designed for our devices, taking into account the specific conditions of use, pumps any type of oil, regardless of its density. Thanks to this, you do not have to check the density of the oil at your disposal and you do not have to remember to select the appropriate operating mode - the pump installed in our devices pumps both thick used oils and thinner heating oils and their mixtures.

Combustion chamber

The combustion chamber is made of stainless steel, while the fire bowl is made of cast iron, not of rapidly cooling steel.

Fuel filler

Fuel filler designed in such a way as to easily and quickly add fuel, without fear that we will flood the controller or larger contaminants will get into the tank. The easy-to-remove filter allows you to clean it quickly and efficiently.

Overflow protection

New, improved system to prevent oil overflow in the combustion chamber, thanks to a more sensitive micro-switch.

Automation

Improved device electronics . Now you do not have to wonder what voltage you have in the network, because in our newest controller we have used a voltage stabilization system. The overvoltage protection increases the service life of the controller.

The universal oil stove controller type MTM 8-30 ECO WARM is equipped with an adjustment knob and an On / Off button.

High thermal efficiency

The MTM 8-30 ECO WARM heater efficiently heats rooms up to 800m³ (with good insulation of the building).

Double-sided flue gas economizer / recuperator is a device that allows you to recover up to 40% of the heat that goes into the chimney. Air flow 450 m³ / h.

Construction

The MTM economizer is a compact structure, consisting of a tubular heat exchanger, stainless steel housing and an efficient fan -450 m³ / h.

Action

The hot exhaust gases from the heater into the chimney pass through the heat exchanger, heating the clean air taken in from the room at the same time. Thanks to the radial fan, the heated air is forced through the two warm air outlets.

The additional heat obtained from the flue gas increases the heating efficiency of the device, thus allowing to heat a larger area or reduce costs heating by reducing the fuel consumption of the heating device.

By connecting blow ducts to the economizer outlets, the heated air can be directed to adjacent rooms. The shorter the duct section, the greater the efficiency, so it is recommended to use ducts to heat rooms located "through the wall" with the room where the heating device is located, or at a short distance from this room.

The economizer is especially useful for heating social rooms (canteen, cloakroom, etc.), offices and points of sale.

Installation

The economizer should be installed on the vertical section of the exhaust pipe, as close as possible to the flue - the exhaust outlet from the appliance (where the exhaust gas temperature is the highest).
