NPS 55M - solid fuel heater with a heating power of 55 kW, which is characterized by a simple structure and principle of operation, while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency of operation.

The advantage of the heater is its versatility - the device can be used both stationary and mobile, thanks to which it is very suitable for temporary heating of the construction of small and large facilities. Thanks to this solution, we obtain heat from wood waste, which we would have to dispose of for a fee.

The heater is perfect for:

  • industry (carpentry shops, production halls, warehouses, large spaces),
  • agriculture (agricultural and farm buildings, greenhouses, storage rooms),
  • construction. (as temporary heating systems for new facilities).

A description of the action

The heat needed to heat the object is obtained thanks to thermal exchangej between exhaust gas and clean air, via heat exchanger.

Additionally, hot air is distributed by means of axial fan.

The heater generates heat directly to the room via blow outlet, to which we can connect a blower sleeve with which we can supply heat to the building through window openings or communication passages.

Thanks to the use of a fan the heat is distributed quickly and evenly in the room, it does not stay in the upper part of the room. The exhaust fumes are discharged through the chimney, which should be connected to the heater for proper operation and safety of use.

The operation of the device is controlled by a thermostat. When the fuel in the combustion chamber ignites sufficiently and the temperature reaches the right temperature, the thermostat automatically turns on the fan

Oxygen it is supplied under vacuum to the combustion chamber through specially adapted ones internal aeration channels.

The undoubted advantage of the device is easy to empty an ash pan located directly under the combustion chamber, which should be ejected during lighting.

After reaching the operating temperature and switching on the fan, it is absolutely necessary to close the ash pan drawer.

If there is a power failure or we cannot connect the device to the power source, we can use it as a radiant heater. For this purpose, the fan mounted on the hinges must be moved aside. It is additionally protected with a microswitch against operation when it is opened.
